Early-May: We go into "Review Groups". This is a two week period of intense reviewing for the "EOG". That is an End-Of-Grade test. We have them in 3 subjects. Math, Language Arts, and newly Science. So, we get mixed up with other kids on our team. (a team is a section of teachers). FAST FORWARD:
May 22nd: 1st day of EOG's. Tuesday of this week. Today is a L.A. day. A 56 question test full of boring selections.
May 23rd: 2nd day of EOG's. Wednesday of the week. Math day. A 80 something question test.
May 24th: Today. Last day of EOG's. Science day. A 92...that's right 92 question test. Now, this test is something of a "field test". This is something of a "practice test" but the teachers don't want to admit that the test doesn't count. Either way, pass of fail, this test won't hold us back. Well, my science teacher is my Sunday School teacher. Just thought I'd throw that in. Basically , I didn't feel prepared for the test, because... well, I don't know why. It was just one of those feelings.
May 25th: Annual Signing Day: Tomorrow. We get to go out with the whole eigth grade to sign each other's yearbooks... you know how that goes.
All right, I'll wrap it up.
Here's the point;
- We finish the EOG with 2 and a half weeks left of school.
- Then we have EOC's. Basically end-of-course tests.
- We have various fun days left in the year for the last 2 weeks of the year, but Lord have mercy, what are we gonna do for 2 weeks??
OH, did i mention?? I'm going to high school next year?

Are you excited your dad will be home in two days? I'm sure you don't miss him, or anything sentimental like that.....BUT, think of all the soveigners and presents he'll bring back for you and Dylan. =)
ya, im excited. did you know that robbie and bryan went to see pirates of the carribean last night at 12:01? i wish i could do that. but i have school
no i didn't know that (about robbie and bryan), but it doesn't suprise me. I think they did the same thing when pirates of the carribean 2 came out, didn't they?
Chris and I JUST watched the first two "pirates" movies, for the first time. and we're planning to go see the third one wednesday night. grammy is going to watch the "babies" for us.
I love captian jack sparrow. he cracks me up, the way he runs, and his facial expressions. hilarious. =)

I am now wearing contacts for the first time in over 20 yrs. However, when I tried to take my right contact out it had slipped into the bottom corner of my eye. I couldn't get it out. I had a magnifying glass, eye drops, etc. but nothing worked. I was suppose to take them out after 4 hrs. It was my first day. Well, after calling the Dr. & getting some not so helpful advise, I had to have my neighbor take me to the eye center the next am. The tech got the lens back where it belonged & then I was able to get it off. Of course, my eye was all red & sore. So, I have to wait till tomorrow to try this again. Wish me luck! I may be calling you.
I am so glad your dad & my son will be home today. I am sure you all missed him alot. Give him a big welcome home hug for me, ok? Give everyone my love.

I would like to say something funny to Grammy... You spelled "supposed to" wrong Grams. Now I dont know if you did that just as some internet lingo thing or you really didnt know that suppose to is actually spelled supposed to but I still love you!!!!!! Daniel bro.
