Well, let me start off by saying that yes, i know that I haven't posted in a long time, but this one will be good.
Just a few hours ago, we went to see the Bourne Ultimatum. I haven't seen the first two, so I thought I would kinda be lost. Turns out it was pretty easy to follow. It had very good action scenes, and the smarts and wit of Jason Bourne is...INCREDIBLE. For anyone who hasn't seen it, I strongly advise you to see it!! If you like 24, then you will be blown away by Bourne. I thought this was probably the best movie I have seen all year, if it's not the best I've ever seen in my life! All he wanted was to disappear. Instead, Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) is now hunted by the people who made him what he is. Having lost his memory and the one person he loved, he is undeterred by the barrage of bullets and a new generation of highly-trained killers. Bourne has only one objective: to go back to the beginning and find out who he was. He must travel from Moscow, Paris, Madrid and London to Tangier and New York City as he continues his quest to find the real Jason Bourne—all the while trying to outmaneuver the scores of cops, federal officers and Interpol agents with him in their crosshairs.
This movie is different from the hundreds of action movies in this way:
It combines smarts, strength, and REALISM all in one movie.
The website rottentomatos.com is a movie critic site that rates movies with a percent that comes from EVERY review ever published(from the smallest article to the New York Times) and gives it a percentage. They get this percentage based on the number of GOOD reviews compared with the number of BAD reviews. Well, this movie scored something like a 92% which is the highest I've ever witnessed. Compare this to the " Bratz" movie that also comes out this weekend, which got a 8%.
I am just trying to give you people something to do this weekend, so take my words wisely and go see the Bourne Ultimatum. And check out the movie trailor(s) on the sidebar of the page.
